Wish I had a better answer for you, but wanted to tell you that a friend of my husband’s got one and her face was so red for about a month and she also looked very dry. Its been about seven months since she’s had it and it is just now starting to look like it did before (normal). I personally didn’t see the benefits, but she does and says she’ll do it again! I hope someone can tell you what to do. I feel bad for ya Take care.
