Hi, I’m a 20 yr old female and I don’t like my skin elasticity… I feel like I always have slight bags under my eyes and my facial skin in general isn’t that tight

Can I use skin elasticity products which are mostly marketed as “anti-aging” (and thus for older people) and have it be EFFECTIVE right now?

You can, but the best thing to do is take care of yourself. Wear sunscreen EVERYDAY. Drink lots of water, stay out of the sun and eat foods rich in antioxidants.
