I have had no problems with the actual unit and the cremes that come with it do a very good job; in fact I used the exfoliating creme by itself for some time until it ran out and I am going to try and see if I can buy more. The exfoliating brush is very soft, so I guess if you have sensitive skin, it would be good. For my skin, which is not sensitive, I kept wishing that the bristles were a little stiffer. <br /> <br />The cremes that come in the kit really are nice. Smell delicious and work nicely.
