Coming from years of dermatological issues (including the scaring) I had to learn an uncomfortable amount of information on this considering I’m a guy.
Honestly, all of the makeups you would be satisfied with will make the problem worse. As hard as it would be the best thing to reduce the scaring is to not cover it up. It may not look that great but even a month or two of breathing fresh air will do your skin good.
The thing is that when you cover it up, your filling those crevasses and they don’t get a chance to heal up. In many cases (like the pores) Having on a foundation will make them bigger over time and in the end even this new thing you find just wont cut it anymore.
If you chose to go ol’natural heres some tips; acne scarring is pretty common and shouldn’t be a source of embarrassment. Its not as bad as you think, just like anorexic people, we with bad skin think that its worse than it is not because we look at it more closely, but because we are sensitive and get tunnel vision focusing on the flaws. Since the skin condition is not that bad and covering it up makes it worse then what can we do about it? Draw attention away from the flaws, dont cover them up. Asa guy I just dealt with it but as a girl you can do some nice (but not heavy) eye makeup, complimenting your natural beauty, I saw on some segment on the news that a lip liner can work well too.
If this is not an option for you, there is scarring reduction procedures, basically they use a lazer to burn the top layers of your skin to make the lower levels come through faster (just accelerating the natural process that your body has for reducing scarring) I dont know how much it costs but i know it works, and that it feels like getting snapped with a rubber band about 1000 times all over your face but if reducing scarring now is priority #1 then I would look for a facility in your area to do this for you.
*edit* As far as the dryness or oilyness goes, try adding a LIGHT bit of corn oil to your face twice a day. This really regulated my skin well, but for the first day or two my face was super oily while my body was calming down about it.

Honestly, I would purchase a product with glycolic acid. MD Forte makes excellent lotions and creams, it is a little pricey. Glycolic acid would help with acne, large pores, and dry skin. Since you have sensitive skin, you should only use the glycolic acid product 3-4 times per week. Also, since your skin is sensitive you need to be using a cleanser and a moisturizer for sensitive skin and spot treat the blemishes. Be sure not to over treat your acne, which makes matters worse. Also make sure your moisturizer is “oil-free” but hydrating.
As for the microdermabrasion – if you have infected blemishes, the microderm may irritate your sensitive skin and could spread the acne. Mary Kay makes a wonderful microdermabrasion kit and Beauticontrol does as well. I would look on ebay for the Mary Kay, you can find tons of samples for a reasonable price. That is a good way to start out before you purchase an entire kit.
Good Luck!!
