I like taking care of my skin so I tried many things. This one is doing its job very well and the price is very good. the only thing that I did not like has nothing to do with the product itself but with the after sale service. After I got this product I went on vacation so I open it on my way back (few weeks later) one of the forms inside the product says that I will have one year guarantee ONLY if I send the form between the 10 days of purchase. shouldn't I get the year guarantee even if I don't send the form at all? Simply rip off the rubber tip of their capsule,without ruining the cut on the top, fill it with "cheap" powder , and then reattach rubber cap with a thin strip of scotch tape. It seems to work! When the collection container fills up, simply shake it out. Perhaps, you can find a more efficient way,but I didn't. I ended up cutting my monthly cost from 39.99 to less than $10.00. I used it at home with ease. Like another reviewer said, one generous use only used half of a capsule. The next week my sister was visiting and she tried it with me and loved it. So much so, that she bought one. The following week my sister from NY was visiting. Initially, it worked great. After about 6 months it did not seem like I was getting results. Overall, I was disappointed. I still have the machine but no longer use it.
