I’ve had this system for about a month and really am enjoying it. I use it every Wednesday and there are more than enough crystals to do my face and neck area at least twice. My skin is tighter and more glowing after I use it and there is absolutely no mess and cleanup! The only thing that I don’t enjoy is reordering crystals and refill box–it’s around $40 a month, but still far less than a once a month facial. Very glad I made the purchase and hope the company is around a long time so I can continue buying the refills.

This review is for the crystalift at home dermabrasion system. Beware – this product comes direct from the USA who use a different electric supply to the UK (Only 110v), meaning you also need to purchase a voltage reducer. When I got the product I plugged it straight into our plug socket using a USA adapter – as it is on a USA 2 pin plug. The product worked for a split second then cut out. When reading the instructions you are not covered under the warranty for any “misuse” of electric supply or voltage. So I thought I had totally wasted my money. I decided I had nothing to lose and opened the machine up and found a small fuse inside which I bought a replacement for and plugged in into a voltage reducer suitable for using USA products in the UK as it reduces the voltage supply to the machine and it now works fine.
Once working I found it to be a good product and my skin is definitely smoother although I would not say I have had the same results as a professional course of dermabrasion.
