Micro Dermabrasion Help

Question by Pash: Can I do a sort of home dermabrasion with a Neutrogena Wave and salt scrub?
I’ve been having bad acne lately and it’s leaving red marks instead of completely healing, and in places it feels kind of flaky, so I want to take off all the dead skin then go to a gentle system to let my skin recover.
However, I can’t afford to get it done for real. Would that work?

Don’t use the wave. Its a piece of crap. Get a nice electric toothbrush and use it with your salt scrub because it actually moves to massage the skin instead of just vibrating. The toothbrush will get deep into your pores and clean off all the dead skin while the wave will vibrate and not do much other than feel cool on your face.
