This product call Skin Culture usa, the company is and customer service is suck I order the 4000 peel and the Aftercare product it cost about $215.76. It’s been 3 week and i never recieve my package I email them 2 time and they never reply back and i also call them maybe more then 10 time and they never answer the phone. It’s really piss me up, I didn’t get my money back either. I hope one of this day thier company will go out of business.

yeah i agree with chiaylees their service really sucks i ordered the 4000 too and its been 3 weeks and still no product but it was already billed so im thinking is this product a scam?

Are ;you ordering from the US site or the UK site?
I just wanted to ask because I have never had a problem with ordering from them before and had to
wait 3 weeks for my product.
The last time I ordered it came from the uk (London) even though I ordered from the US site and I received it in about 9 days.
These problems must be recent.
I’d better call before I order.

I got my product and im happy with it. its not a scam. i was just frustrated because when i paid for it. it said it will arrive in like a week but it didnt so i was like that but its fine now.

im sorry you had such a poor experience but. i recieved my package within 1 week of wording. which was a surpise as i was expecting to recieve it in 15 days. also i had a great expereince with the peeling process. im a happy customer and i would recommend people purchase the product.

i ordered from the canadian site. i dont know if that makes a difference. but im very happy with it.
