@dalady1000 You can’t really SEE result after a week. But if you are sore, it’s a good sign that this workout is working. You should see a difference in a month or two. Anyways that’s what happened to me. Try to do different workout tho. Do this one one day, and tomorrow switch for another one. She has a lot of great workout so check them out!

@babiiegurlxp fat can not be turned into muscle. You need to burn fat with a diet plan and exercises “tell” to the body to burn fat not muscles. When you are on a diet there are 2 sources of energy – fat and muscle. If you exercise along with a diet plan than your body use for energy stored fat.

This exercise is AMAZING!!!! Ive been doing it for a month now and i cannot believe the results!! my friends have always been nagging me to lost a bit of weight on the legs,butt and stomach…so i gave this a try and the outcome was amaaaazing,people have complimented me saying that i have great legs…who wouldnt want that?!?! and the stomach and butt is firm asnf sexy as ever! i recommend this to everyone

This is awesome . I actually have it on one leg really bad. I’m almost 5”5″ 113lb workout all the time and still have this! so annoying
